BUDGETS

    1.1    Corporate Budgets:

    • 1.1.1    The NGO shall produce a Corporate Budget in July of each year if sufficient funds  raised from donors or donor agencies.
    • 1.1.2    The Budget will be based upon the blank template budget in Annex 1.
    • 1.1.3     The Budget shall be discussed and agreed by Elected Office bearers & Executive Committee.
    • 1.1.4    Budgets should be update and presented to President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, & Secretary.every year unless regular donors or donor agencies provide financial assistant.
    • 1.1.5    Variances in excess of 10% on any budget line should be highlighted and approved by President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary  & 3 members of Executive Committee.

        1.2    Project Budgets:

        • 1.2.1    The NGO shall produce a Project Budget for each budget in excess of four million
        • 1.2.2    All externally funded projects shall have a project budget.
        • 1.2.3    The Budget will be based upon the blank template budget in Annex 2.
        • 1.2.4    The Budget shall be discussed and agreed by President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary  & 3 members of Executive Committee Budgets should be update and
          presented to President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, & Secretary every three months.
        • 1.2.5    Variances in excess of 10% on any budget line should be highlighted and approved by President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary  & 3 members of Executive Committee.
